Fantastic Tuesday Again!!!(3rd Question)

Now I'm in the 4th week here. Time flies like a blink. How fast it is!!!
My 4th question is following;
Did you check the bulletin board this morning. There was a interesting notice there about the getting US visa and paying for the visa fee. What do you think about that? Do you second that or not?

My 2nd Question!!!

Almost everytime I feel so happy because I am a teacher, especially an English teacher. I love to study English and teach English. But sometimes I have felt I wouldn't want to be a teacher any more. Right now if you really want to quit your job as an English teacher, what would you do?

1st Question

Imagine you're a middle school teacher. You have 22 students in your English class. Some of them are so highly-motivated. But, unfortunately, some of them don't have any interest in their English class. What would you do? What do you think is the best way to motivate them?
